Bobby Ray Phills (born December 20, 1969 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana – died January 12, 2000 in Charlotte, North Carolina) is a asleep sales person basketball player for the National Basketball Association's Cleveland Cavaliers and Charlotte Hornets (now known as a New Orleans Hornets).
Selected per Milwaukee Bucks in the 1991 NBA Draft 45th overall, the Southern University graduate ended up existence cut per Bucks within December 1991 forswearing swimming the game for the babies.
